I have a bone to pick with George R.R. Martin! I am through the first 3 books of A Song of Fire and Ice series and I have a list of people I would like him to not kill. Literally screaming at him while I read.

Wow, so much contentment with the way books end! I'm impressed. ;)

I would change the ending of Jamaica Inn. I would have given that book 5 stars if it hadn't been for the ending leaving me cold. I wasn't expecting a perfectly "happy ending" but still... oh wait I have one that really really bothers me The Time Traveler's Wife. I loved this book and then I get to the end and (view spoiler)[ does he really have to loose his feet? Really? Why? What purpose does this serve to the story except to make me mad. There is no reason for this. So unnecessary! (hide spoiler)]

another Sisterland. This book doesn't make sense. I was enjoying it and the ending was so bad it ruined the whole book for me. It was like all of a sudden I am reading a different story.

I had this whole elaborate vivid dream one night about how The Dark Tower Series should have ended. I don't remember it now, but I really wasn't happy with... It ended with the Gunslinger returning to the beginning of the whole story, doomed to live it over and over again until maybe one day he gets it right. Yeah. I know. None of it mattered. At all. So why did we read it? That's the one ending that's worse than a tragic ending. A 'nothing matters' ending. (hide spoiler)] (hide spoiler)]

So yeah. I don't remember the dream now, but it was ten thousand times better than how the series went.

I would have changed the book thief's ending, I wanted the girl to marry the boy but it left you wondering what happened to her with no explanation.

I would jump into Allegiant and rewrite it from scratch, it's so horrible! Not because of the ending, but because it truly is shockingly awful!
