Girl was slave, becomes an appreentice wizard, in second book she meets a guy who she shares a telepathic bond with. In third book, they get married. Last book they are married. Also, in either the first or second book, she rescues a dragon humanoid egg and it hatches. They become friends. In the third book, a female slightly villainous dragon humanoid is found and they eventually become a couple.

The Bitterwood trilogy by James Maxey?

Not Bitterwood. Not all humans are slaves, only her. She wasn't even in such horrible circumstances. She was the slave to a village so she lived in the village and whenever anyone wanted help with something they would get her. At the beginning of the first book, her village let her go and she is on the way to a city to a school (Can't remember if it was a school because she never reached the city) to learn about magic (I think it was magic, can't really remember)
I read it around five years ago. It was a pretty recent book, but not so recent.
I remember random scenes from the book if that helps.
One is in the third book. The love interest goes to the forest where the main character lives with her wizard master (as she is an apprentice) and he is dumbstruck by her appearance, how she has changed since they last met.
Another scene is also the third book, where they find the main character's father who has been turned into stone. The scene I remember is when she and her love interest finally kiss at the end of the book, they are alone in the room except the stone father and the MC says something like, "you kissed me in front of my father" and the love interest says something, I can't remember what and then the MC says something like, "would you like to court me?" Love interest: "would you like to be courted?" MC: "yes" And that is where the book or maybe the chapter ends.
In the fourth book, the MC and her husband have to go on seperate quests and they're upset about being seperated. (Newly married couple and all)
