Highlander Most Wanted question

Hello.
I can't remember a title or an author of a historical romance novel. I had to pick one from a list or it won't publish my question. So i was thinking if someone can tell me that, from a description of content from the book as i remember. I do apologize for my rusty english in advance.
I think it is happening in highland, where the heroine of the book fall in love with the man and show her love for him, but he don't show his love for her so she than close up and becomes depressed. He then misses her affection and is trying his best to get her back to her happy self. I'm sorry for my poor description, but it was a long time since i have read the book. Thanks for your help.
