Hi, I'm Kristin! I'm an attorney and mom to a rambunctious 1 1/2 year old boy currently living outside Rochester, NY (although I'm a CNY native, go 'Cuse!). In the past I averaged between 30-40 books per year, but last year hit 85! I've never done any of the reading challenges so I'm very much looking forward to this! I read across pretty much all genres. I'm trying to read more fantasy and beginning last year, I've even read a few romances (PG, not into steamy). I like mysteries and historical fiction as well. I'm going to try to up my non-fiction reading from last year's somewhat abysmal number, too! I hope doing this challenge expands my horizons!

Hey, y'all, I'm Suzanne and have lived in Mississippi with hubby for 25 years now. Though he's lived in MS all of his life and I've lived in many different states, I still consider Colorado home and want to drag him back there with me whenever we get the opportunity (not that he'd take any real dragging lol). I'm at the advanced age of 59 (at least it's been feeling advanced for a while), and I've loved reading ever since I was a little girl. There are so many genres I enjoy, but three of my top favorites are mystery, science fiction/fantasy, and paranormal. While I've been sort of following the Popsugar challenge, this is the first time I've joined any group for it. I'm a 38 year old woman from Belgium, Flemish region. I work full-time, but try to spend the majority of my spare time reading. I prefer reading physical books, but I also read e-books and audio (this last one is a great way to enhance the household chores 🤣 and the time in the gym, which I now miss because of covid).

This year I participated for the first time in a Goodreads reading challenge (UNO) and really enjoyed it (it ends on april 30th, but I finished all my books 😁).

I really liked the interaction with other readers from all ages and all over the world. This made me look for other challenges. I decided on this one because I've already heard of it.

I think I can probably already check some of the prompts with the books I already read since January 1.

I'm looking forward to this challenge and to the opportunity to meet new people here.
