Welcome members! Introductions...

My favorite thing to do in my free time is read :) romance novels are my favorite. can't wait to start this challenge and try more genres. happy reading!

I love that area. I stayed in Kalispell while on a trip to Glacier.

Besides reading, I also like hiking, biking, painting, drawing, camping, traveling, and cooking.

Hello everyone! I'm Beth and I'm new to Goodreads as well as to this group. I've fumbled my way around the site well enough to find you, so I thought I'd try my hand at an introduction. (Helen Keller said, "Life is a daring adventure or nothing at all," so here I am trying new things...) I would LOVE to be able to read more, and am looking forward to all of your suggestions. I'm here to prove to myself that the world isn't all dirty dog beds and peanut butter kongs. There's a lot more to see! :)

Thanks to this group I´m reading a lot more, I try to participate in the challenges and I decided to create a group as well.
It´s just starting but I hope you have a look and join.

Be free to add me as friend :)

Same here! On both accounts, This is my first year doing a reading challenge and my first year tracking my reading. Also in Atlanta.

So glad I stumbled upon this group! I'm an avid reader & am in a Facebook monthly book challenge that often has prompts that I search Goodreads lists high & low for books. This group has so many amazing ideas! I'm excited to dive in!

I’m doing this one with a mix of new and re-reads, as I suspect I won’t finish if I do all new. So far I’ve most appreciated getting through some of my TBR, and trying out some new stuff I might not otherwise have found.

I mostly read YA fantasy and YA paranormal, as well as adult mysteries and thrillers. I dislike contemporary and romance. I have multiple chronic illnesses that can make it difficult for me to read, so audio-books have become my best friend. I have a booktube channel called sweet_t_reads and I'm super excited to be apart of this group! I can't promise I'll be very active, but I'll do my best to connect when I can!

I am delighted to welcome another T[h]eresa - even though you don't spell it correctly 😂😂
I too love mysteries and thrillers.

Greetings from Jamaica! I'm here to see suggestions for the Popsugar Reading Challenge 2019. This is my first time participating in this challenge and I'm very excited! I started last month.

Thanks, Therese, for the group invite!

While I have lived in 3 provinces, 4 states and one European country over my life, I've been living in New England since I got married. I still spell Canadian. I have 3 kids, two in college and one, well, it's a long story, but she has a B.Sc. in math at least (yes, Americans write B.S. but I tend to see that as a bunch of bs so stay Canadian on that).

I'm glad to see you here. Hopefully we can help each other with some of the prompts. Do you have a bookshelf for this year's reading challenge yet?

Therese, re a bookshelf - Yes. It is subject to change and has one prompt still open.

Welcome. Having challenge prompts to "force" me to diversify my reading has resulted in my discovering come wonderful "new to me" authors, reading essays I would never read.

I mostly read fantasy, science fiction, and some romance, but I've been trying to broaden my reading horizons recently. I haven't done one of these challenges before, but I've been watching some friends do these in another group and really want to try this out for 2020. I've already been diving in to the wonderful lists this groups has assembled to pick out ideas for my 2020 prompts!

I absolutely love reading and the experience of learning from books. Sadly, i don´t make enough time in my day to read as many books as i would love, as i have my studies as my main priority, but i try to incorporate a little bit of recreational/learning-for-fun reading whenever i can.
I will update mostly weekly, as long as i dont have exams or rotations at hospital.
I hope i can shre my bookish thoughts with you guys. Enjoy and have a productive week!
