I'm Daneil, I'm from Seattle, WA, and I'm currently 100 pages shy of having read 50 books in a year for the first time! Since I've already shown I can read the volume of books necessary to complete a basic 50 book challenge, I decided to do the ultimate challenge to diversify my reading. I plan on reviewing every book I read for this challenge and tagging them under ultimate-reading-challenge-2015.
Best of luck to everyone. 52 wonderful books, here I come!

I'm doing this challenge to get out of my comfort zone and also to weed out my "haven't read" books collecting dust on my shelves.

My name is Teri and live in Dallas. I'm Tori's mom and thought it would be fun to do this together. I am an avid reader but tend to get stuck in ruts. I am looking forward to this venue for encouragement, ideas, and accountability.

How cool! Love that you guys are doing this challenge together! Welcome.

Great goal! I'm also guilty of having many books that I own but haven't read yet. I'm hoping to get some of my collection read as well.

Which is why I am clinging onto any excuse I can have to read more books - preferably without buying too many new ones.
I'm from Germany and I can't shake the feeling that my lack of grammar is sort of giving that away. But we will see how it goes. I am very much looking forward to discovering new books. ^^

Your grammar is fine.

Welcome, Beth! I feel like I kind of know you since your brother Steve has been a friend of mine since 9th grade :) He's one of my favorite people ever. I'm so glad you are joining us!

My favorite type of books tend to be mystery/thriller and YA but I read most everything (except romance).
I'm excited to find some new favorites and read a lot more this year!

Thanks, Ann! I am rather fond of Steve too. He's an original :)

I live in New Jersey. Love to read. which I usually do from books I own, and ereaders (nooks) plus the ipad mini. I was a big bookbuyingaholic before my nook days plus every once in awhile I still buy one or more. In 2014 I was 4 short from my goal of 200 books finished (my bookshelf on grs isn't uptodate need to do that soon).
I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone and to talk books.

I'm Jules from Cornwall, England -- have just heard about this challenge from my friends on Facebook. Have already 'ticked' the mystery/thriller book with Anthony Horowitz's 'Moriarty'. What are people's thoughts about ticking more than one item with a single book? For example -- 'Fahrenheit 451' = numer in title, and banned book...
Enjoy the challenge!
Jules
