Hi, I'm looking for a book where the cover had an eye and buildings. The cover also had dreary colors, and I remember blue being the most prominent one.
There is this family with about 3 kids and they move to a place in the city, and they don't like it there, but they try to solve a mystery.
There was also this overdue library book in the place that they moved to that someone left there a long time ago, and when the siblings took it back to the library, the librarian told them to pay for it (I don't remember if they did or not). I think the siblings consisted of three kids, and the two older ones were constantly talking and leaving the younger one out..or something like that...
I also remember the eye was a very important part of the book...
I know this book was definitely not apart of a series.
Anyway, that's all I remember, I read this book around 6-7 years ago.
