I read Call Me Burroughs, which is the comprehensive biography of William S. Burroughs. I highly recommend reading about this unique character of arts, letters, literature and the Beat generation.
This is my final book in the challenge.
I also just finished reading Carry On by Rainbow Rowell, which is kind of a fun, fantasy read with a LGBTQ relationship.

I read a wonderful book by Corinn Heathers's Dawn of a New Astral Age series - so far there are three and they are only available in digital form from amazon. Very different reading for me. A romantic-sci-fi-interdemensional-interplanetary-fantasy. The first had quite a lot of fantasy in it - magical powers etc. This book, her first, has as its strength all action scenes. They are superb. The weakness was in non-action scenes. She improved quite a bit in book 2 with characters that go beyond LGBTQ and right on into a very interesting relationship between a lesbian stars ship fighter pilot and the humanoid robot that assists her. Excellent intrigue. So far, none of the books are necessarily politically LGBTQ, the characters simply are as they are - lesbian and sometimes human. Very much enjoying the reads.
