Can a librarian please delete a book from one of my listopia lists?

I tried help and it said to reach out to this group if I wanted a book removed from a listopia list. I created this list today https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/1... . Someone added the book Red, White & Royal Blue to this list. This is a romance book and has nothing whatsoever to do with the 2020 election. It does not belong on my list in any way. Can a librarian please remove the book?
