Chris I'm not going to be very original. It would have to be A Christmas Carol for me.

Matthew 1:1-18. Just hysterical.

Michell Karnes I love The House Without a Christmas Tree.

Terri Stuhltrager A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. I love the story so much that I collect different versions of the book.

Emiley Each year I find a Christmas story I haven't yet read. A Child's Christmas in Wales and The Cricket on the Hearth were each wonderful this year! How the Grinch Stole Christmas, The Tailor of Gloucester, A Christmas Carol, and The Night Before Christmas are perennial favorites still.

Ruth I read A Christmas Carol every Christmas Eve.

Jennifer Gift of The Magi, by O. Henry. My favorite!

Joanne I like Truman Capote's "A Christmas Memory," but it always makes me cry.

Joan I always used to read Twas the Night Before Christmas to my children when they were young.

Christine The Polar Express, of course!!

The Polar Express by Chris Van Allsburg

Sonya Ball Definately "A Christmas Carol" I read it every Christmas, it helps my holiday spirit.

Joelle I like the christmas tapestry.

Metro Mine is a little-known (cuz it's new) book called "Santa's Sister" (by someone named Marian Rudnyk). The story blew me away. It really captured the essence of the Holiday - was both old-fashioned and contemporary. The story is quite vast - epic-like - which is unlike 99% of Xmas books - yet it still felt very intimate... made me wanna put on my fuzzy slippers & curl up with a big cup of hot cocoa... I stumbled upon it & read it on a whim - glad I did. Suddenly I've gained a fascination for Antarctica (hahaha)... very sweet book. Anyways, still adore the classics, but am currently in-love with "Santa's Sister" - if that makes any sense ;0) Anyone else check it out too?
