message 310: by Megan (new)

Megan (lahairoi) | 7470 comments Just completed "R" - Red Rising by Pierce Brown. Overall, I enjoyed this book. It got much better towards the end. The beginning of the book was difficult for me to wrap my head around. I appreciate the extremely complex world the author created. It was introduced in a confusing way. I felt dropped right into the middle of the narrative. Then the book morphed into a vicious Hunger Games. However, I appreciated the ending and am looking forward to the next book. Worth reading! 4 stars

Not to bad, i have a one click addiction, so what i did was put the books in letter order and then go to the letter i need, and then go thru all the books with that letter.
For X im gunna prob go with Xavier only x book i have
v will be Vision of Love
Q is my tricky one but im looking at Queen of Hearts
and y will be You Loved Me At My Weakest
don't hold me to those, but most likely what they will be. lol so not too hard :)

and it helps with taming the TBR lol

Megan (lahairoi) | 7470 comments Just completed my "T" selection - Leaving Time by Jodi Picoult. This book is amazing - well-written, stitched together tightly, lovely complex characters, and worth every moment of reading! This is my first Picoult book, and I now want to read everything she's written. I cannot recommend this book highly enough; it surprised me and that's difficult to do. 5 stars

I - The Hotel New Hampshire by John Irving.
4 stars

If you like John Irving, I think this is one of his better ones. Nothing really compares to The World According to Garp or A Prayer for Owen Meany, but I think this is my third favourite of all of the novels I've read of his. Now if you hate John Irving, I don't think this book is gonna make you like him. Haha.

Welcome to the challenge, Elyssa!
