SOLVED. Scifi Romance Novel where heroine saves earth and get thrown into the future [s]

It's a scifi romance about a girl who lived in a subway tunnel with other teenagers who escaped an alien invasion. I think it was originally seven of them, the rest were all boys and they were the leaders. They lived together and she basically grew up with them fighting against the aliens. She was in love with one of the boys, but he thought she was too young for him to have a romantic relationship with her.
She saves earth from the aliens who have a hive mind by writing a virus which only she can upload to the mother ship's computer.
The ship explodes and the shock wave from the explosion catapults her 100 years into the future where the same aliens are attacking the Alliance/Collective (one of those deals).
On the hero's ship (hero's the captain)a 'researcher' (I don't known the right term)finds the heroine on a deserted planet,where she's been living for some years. The researcher is not human, she's blue and covered in fur, she becomes the heroine's best friend.The hero is also an alien and I think he's a prince.
She then basically saves the day again, falls in love with the hero and marries him. Then has to defend that marriage because she's a heroine on earth and an earth minister/ambassador wants her for himself to get power.
