message 401: by Ashleigh (new)

Ashleigh | 3391 comments I've finished Salem's Lot and I'm adding it to the review thread for 86-90. Let me know if I need to move it anywhere else :)

message 402: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments No that's perfect. We'll have an up down line once Claire is done Murder at the Vicarage. ^_^

message 403: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments So I have moved Izzy's book David Copperfield to 07-08 in the SS for now but I don't want to move it in the review thread yet as it's one that works for pretty much every year. So I don't want to move it around too much. :)

message 404: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments And I just noticed that Ashleigh has a book for that so I can move it to another spot. Excellent. ^_^

message 405: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments So I finished a book that works for 03-04 that I'm waiting to post. I'll be done one for 05-06 shortly. I'm on book 2 of the 3 I need to make it count.

message 406: by Ashleigh (new)

Ashleigh | 3391 comments I'm working on my book for 07-08 today :)

message 407: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments Ashleigh wrote: "I'm working on my book for 07-08 today :)"

Awesome! So we should have two lines soon. ^_^

message 408: by Courtney (new)

Courtney | 16038 comments I feel worse today. So you guys can move my books to board three. I dont see myself reading anytime soon.

message 409: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments I’m sorry you feel worse. :(

I’ll move them when I wake up. I need to update my book Silver Borne to read anyway. ^_^

message 410: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments So I have moved Courtney's two books to round 3. Hopefully, she feels better soon. :)

I finished Silver Borne last night so I marked that as green. I'll post that shortly.

I added in Cast in Silence now too as I have room for it now. Moved David Copperfield to one of the 90's spots that Courtney's books were in previously.

message 411: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments How's everyone doing? I feel like I haven't talked to many of you in weeks!

Jamie (TheRebelliousReader), Brittani, Beatrice, Megan how are you?

message 412: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments So I messaged Jamie since it really has been like 2 weeks since we heard from her. Want to make sure she is okay.

The others it's been more like 5 days. Not that long. lol. I always forget that not everyone is as chatty as me.

message 413: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments Ashleigh, I have moved your books around a bit to accommodate for the books that Courtney might not be able to read. I have NO books that work for the 90's but several that could work for 2007 and later so I moved yours to the 90's spots.

message 414: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments I should be done Skip Beat, 7-9 either today or tomorrow.

I'll also be starting Spindle and Dagger by J. Anderson Coats tomorrow and I might read a Patricia Briggs book tonight.

message 415: by Jamie (TheRebelliousReader) (last edited Mar 21, 2020 09:30AM) (new)

Jamie (TheRebelliousReader) (iambrucewayne) Thanks for the message, Anna. This has been the longest month ever and I kinda sort of forgot about this challenge. Sorry! I've read other books just let me know what you need covered or anything. Hope everyone is staying safe and sane!

NP. It happens. :)

message 417: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments What books do you have? I'll find spots for them. ^_^

message 419: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments Okay I have found spots for them all except for Taming Clint Westmoreland. It's too short to count for a year so you need another book to make it count. We can combine it with Charlotte's web but it's still 100 pages off.

Jamie (TheRebelliousReader) (iambrucewayne) Well, I've just finished Things You Save in a Fire if that fits anywhere. I'm working on my review on that one right now.

Unfortunately, it doesn't help with our current grid or a current line but I've added it to the SS. ^_^

message 422: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (last edited Mar 21, 2020 10:41AM) (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments I took a look at your shelf and there are some others you never posted. I'm not 100% all of these will count but

Firefly Big Damn Hero (Firefly #1) by James Lovegrove
The Queen of Nothing (The Folk of the Air, #3) by Holly Black
The Little Mermaid and Other Fairy Tales by Hans Christian Andersen
Heidi's Guide to Four Letter Words by Tara Sivec
Logan Likes Mary Anne! (The Baby-Sitters Club, #10) by Ann M. Martin

I think of all of these only The Queen of Nothing works on it's own. I'm not sure about Firefly...

Is there a reason you didn't list these or did you forget? :)

message 423: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments Didn't scroll up enough. More

Kristy and the Snobs (The Baby-Sitters Club, #11) by Ann M. Martin Paperback Crush The Totally Radical History of '80s and '90s Teen Fiction by Gabrielle Moss Frenchman's Creek by Daphne du Maurier Toasty by Alexa Riley Hair Love by Matthew A. Cherry

message 425: by Courtney (new)

Courtney | 16038 comments I started feeling better today so as long as I dont feel like shit tomorrow I should be able to get some time in.

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments According to a readathon I did this week I read an impressive 2400 pages this week. O.o

message 428: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments So days just got a new member so we will have a tougher competition. :)

message 429: by Courtney (new)

Courtney | 16038 comments I was about to freak out and ask why until I saw the score. I can blame Sarah for that.

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments Yeah we have double the points and not everyone on their team had posted. ^_^

I was really impressed. Probably the most I have read in a week in a long time. This month is also my best reading month in general. ^_^

message 433: by Claire (new)

Claire Chibi | 1826 comments That's amazing Anna! I usually only read 3000-4000 pages in an average month (which is still more than the most people in the world, I know) :D

Thanks. It was mostly manga but I'm still proud of myself. I've been struggling to even meet the 8 book minimum for medium lately and now I think I might get to 12 books!

message 435: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments I'm just letting you guys know now I might suddenly have to leave and be without internet for several days while stuck in various airports etc. We are hoping to stay until at least the end of March but who knows. 🤷🏻‍♀️😨

message 436: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments New update. I will be leaving on Monday so I don't think I will get any more reading done. It was great to be on a team with ya'll. :)

I have three(?) more manga to post and maybe a book so I will do that in a bit. I'll remove all my other books from the SS.

message 437: by Courtney (new)

Courtney | 16038 comments I getting back into my audiobook now. Hopefully I can get my groove back.

Jackie (jackiegirl02) | 4452 comments Wishing you safe travels home.

message 439: by Courtney (new)

Courtney | 16038 comments I am going to be able to finish one of my books before bed. I was not expecting that.

message 442: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments So I posted my one book I needed to. I also moved a book or two around to make lines.

If Ashleigh, Courtney, and Claire finish their books in round 2 we will finish the second round.

If anyone is able to can you either message Jamie and ask her to post her reviews or post them for her? She hasn't been on again for a week so I think she forgot us again. She probably has like 10 books so if nothing else it will give us a lot of page points.

message 443: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments I should be staying at a hotel tomorrow so I'm hoping to finish my book and post it tomorrow. I'm about 40% done and it's short and I have a lot of time waiting in the airport so it will be a wifi issue if anything.

That will get us close to another line if we post Jamie's books as well.

message 444: by Courtney (new)

Courtney | 16038 comments Im going to chage my books around alittle bit. Im not sure if I will finish ACOMAF this month. I just started Murder at the Vicarage (Miss Marple, #1) by Agatha Christie and am going to use it for 96. I am hoping to finish it today.

Awesome. I'll probably finish one last book. Maybe two if I'm very lucky. I don't know if I will be able to post either ones though. If nothing else I might ask one of you to post for me if I can do the reviews on my ipod

message 446: by Courtney (new)

Courtney | 16038 comments Who- hoo! Finished the 95-96 book :)

message 447: by Anna 'Bookbuyer' (new)

Anna 'Bookbuyer' (bookbuyer) | 22764 comments Woohoo!

message 448: by Claire (new)

Claire Chibi | 1826 comments Hey guys, really sorry but I won't be able to finish my 9th book for this month.

This whole shutdown has messed up my reading schedule so badly, I don't do well reading at home (I always find something more important to do/get interrupted by family things) so I usually do like 80% of my reading in cafes and restaurants, and they've all been closed for like 2 weeks so I've really been struggling to get any reading done.

message 449: by Courtney (new)

Courtney | 16038 comments I havent been able to read much either. My anxiety is getting the best of me.

message 450: by Claire (new)

Claire Chibi | 1826 comments I'm sorry to hear that Courtney, please take care!
