So I saw Ricki and The Flash on Sunday night.It's about this aging musician (MerylStreepMerylStreepMerylStreepMerylStreepMerylStreepMerylStreep) who goes to console her daughter when her husband leaves her and she (the daughter) attempts suicide. Linda (on-stage name Ricki) also has to deal with an ex-husband who's still in love with her, the sons she hasn't seen in years the boyfriend she loves but can't commit to, the new wife who hates her but at the same time resents her and, on top of all of that, her son's just announced he's getting married.
It's heart warming and also really funny.
It doesn't sound like my thing, since you all know how much I love Silent Hill and Saw, but hey, the violent redneck has a heart too. XD

I've been reading this webcomic called Shotgun Shuffle for about a month (took a while to catch up, now I only check the site on update days) and I just noticed this thing that the author, the hilarious and talented Chris Rushe, does.
If you do fanart for Shotgun Shuffle, you can get FEATURED on the comic site.
I was thinking I could do one or two (since I really do LOVE the comic) and maybe it could earn me a little publicity on DeviantthouArtnotworthy.

I obviously wasn't gonna say this on DeviantthouArtnotworthy, but this took me almost an hour.
I can't believe I managed the anatomy in this one, I suck at poses. But I do feel a lot better about Noodle in this one, I think she looks better than when I've drawn her previously.
