Well, I hadn't spoken to her in a whole cuz I have the 4 day rule (if something seemingly bad happens with you and a girl then don't talk to her for 4 days and if she talks to you before the 4 days are up then you're good) and I received a message from her randomly out of the blue wishing me luck for my drama test, which I didn't even tell her about... You think it means anything?

Means she's paying attention to you, almost as if she's keeping tabs on what you're doing. Definitely a good sign, but if I were you I'd approach things slowly-- not slow enough so that she'll think you're uninterested, but not too fast at the same time. Tell her thank you, ask her if she wants to come see one of your plays or something. Casual.
