okay i'm literally twenty-six views from my area code though.
Darcy's doing better. She lost a lot of weight so she's gonna gain it back slowly, but she seems to be feeling better.
Adopting the new dog got her all spunky. Her and Milly are buddies. We're gonna walk them together as soon as Darcy's put some weight back on.

Still in pre-prep with math but I'm getting there. Got my hours in, got to see crush, got to meet a really nice new guy who tested in last night. Really good Tuesday :)
How i will spend my Valentine's day night:Drawing, watching alternating BoJack Horseman and DuckTales 2017, (hoping to finally drop the hammer on BoJack season 4/DuckTales season 1 between now and the weekend) working on math problems, reading Calamity and preemptively fangirling over Black Panther.
--laptop is going for music/pose refs and phone is for taking sketch pics starting... now--
if i can manage to not completely waste all my time this weekend and actually get my hair dyed, me and Mamacita are gonna *try* to take those senior pictures she wants to do.
I was excited at first but it kinda seems like a chore now :/

Anyways. I have good news :)Ya girl is smarter (in one way) than she thought.
My ABE instructer told the three of us that enrolled together that we're all doing WAY better on the language arts (reading and writing) parts of our study units than anything else, and on Tuesday night we're gonna take a HiSET reading practice test, and if we pass, she said we should all schedule to take that part of the test seperate from our math, etc because GET THIS: as long as you take all four parts in the same year, they count towards the same whole grade!
And i'll be taking all four before August.
If i fail the official HiSET, i can't re-enroll in ABE until September. I need the golden ticket to go to college on time (be a freshman at eighteen like everybody else).
Someone dragged my class on fb because it has 'basic' in the name.Kay, but what it means is basically getting four years of high school education in four and a half months :)

I'm doing better but my instructer said i should still sign up for high school math in college. She said i'll need it to take the classes i'll actually need to take for my math credits.
She's the nicest lady ever.

I really thought at my height i'd have a shot with volleyball. But being tall really doesn't matter if you suck.
All colleges should have track teams. It's a good sport that doesn't require NEAR as much equipment as football and baseball do.

College Station has all the high-demand stuff, football, baseball, basketball. Corpus has golf, volleyball and tennis that i know of (maybe softball).Maybe Commerce has the track team. They're poor.

Anyway. I saw Black Panther on Friday night (it was AMAZING. Oh my god. The hype is real. Seriously) and I'mma go see it again tonight with my mom 'cause she didn't get to go on Friday. After that I'll do a little review-y thing on IG later when i *hopefully* post some art.NOT Black Panther art 'cause i said no Marvel art till a while after.
no spoilers, i swear, but the T'Challa-Shuri relationship is GREAT. I'm way more excited to read Black Panther comics after seeing it in the movie.

I knew very little about the character going in. I'd say no.
I still really wish i had gotten to read some Black Panther comics before i saw the movie :/ I managed to get one in for Deadpool before his movie came out. Black Panther's release date fell on me being comic-book-money poor -_-I have some titles to look into. I'll get on it before Infinity War.
Okay i posted a pic of the Incredibles 2 poster i saw at the multiplex instead of the Black Panther review. I'mma just talk about it when i start the Marvel art series that features him, instead :p

Been warm and rainy since last night when we got my senior pics done (they're okay. There was an outfit switch and i think it looked better). Not that i don't think Mother Nature needs to get back on her meds, I ain't complaining about the tropical weather in SC OK. 'Cause when it gets like this in the Spring, we get tornadoes.
Putting!! Exclamation points!!! In the middle!!!! Of a sentence!!!!! Is!!!!!! Worse than!!!!!!! Grammatically incorrect!!!!!!!! Especially when you use it on a site for reading and books.
I un-clicked that from my update feed because none of my book review friends need to see me being so hateful because, I agree, that was rude.But come on! These are the same people who would call me stupid based on my accent.
The center cancelled because of the weather so i don't have ABE tonight. Bummer. I wanted to get my practice quiz in LA out of the way :/
