Went out of town to the Goodwill yesterday and found books for my niece and nephew! :DGot J (niece) a Disney storybook treasury just like the one I read when I was little, plus Amelia Bedelia, which is a cute kids' book for beginning readers. Also I read it when I was little.
For N (nephew) I got a cute little early reader chapter book about dinosuars, and a comic book (kid appropriate) about robo-dinosaurs, or something.
Those little ones will only read quality childrens' literature if Library Aunt has anything to say about it.
Plus a Mavs shirt that didn't benefit Mark Cuban :p
Heh, my Cowboys shirt was Goodwill and didn't benefit Jerry Jones, either.

I come up with more books to donate every time I rearrange my bookshelves, so that's cool.
I did my graphic novel/comic/manga shelf today and it looks pretty choice, honestly. I have all my faves on the top, manga on one side, all superhero stuff on the second shelf.
I follow a writing prompt page on ig, and i got this idea.I have a few saved that i REALLY like, and actually have ideas for, so when i'm on winter break, i'm gonna write some one-shots based on them :D
They're all action. Been wanting to write more of that.

I know they're just movies.But it does always make me feel good when i see how many different kinds of people they can bring together.
People were hugging at my movie theater at Rogue One the day after Carrie Fisher died. Some guy just randomly patted my shoulder and i did it back because it's what you do at funerals and stuff.Which was kinda what it felt like.

Making a winter break tdl/tbr since I screwed myself over Thanksgiving break so bad.TBR:

None are very long and are all on my tbr except Glass Houses. Found it at Goodwill ^^"Someone did recommend the Morganville Vampires to me once though, because I was looking for books set in Texas.
tdl is unfinished because it mostly just involves working on the comic, watching Harmonquest and not eating so much damn junk.
Library's next lecture series is in January. Determined to participate this time. They say you should come even if you didn't read the book (a Blackfeet historical fic called Fools Crow) but I wanna be able to discuss it and ask questions and stuff.
Nothing like finally having clean hair after it being a mess for three days.
Got to page 80 in ROTK.... Pippin and Merry are like BORN at the end of trilogy. They were there for the first two books, but all the focus was on Frodo and Sam in book 1, they had a bit more in Two Towers but a lot of it was about Legolas, Gimli and Strider, but now it's been about their cute little selves moving up in rank and fighting the Darkness no matter how scared they are.
I still love Legolas the most out of the Fellowship, but, these freaking Hobbits are killing me, man!
There's a chapter break on page 101, so, maybe? I have OC stuff to finish, too, but i don't have a lot of course stuff to finish tomorrow so i can maybe pull it off...I can sleep when i'm dead.
I'mma finish some pics, read to a goal in ROTK, maybe watch ONE Camp Camp. I'll be back to link the new art in the morning, but i'm staying off the Internet tomorrow because work + some decorating + MASSIVE TLJ spoilers and I will not be calm about it :D
I'll also post my ponytail+braid pic before I leave for the theater.

Explanation: my hippie ass father actually used to build computers, like their guts and stuff. Which is sad seeing as I am the queen of tech stupids.
I seriously don't even know what happened. it was bugging the fuck out, blinking out when I had more than one window open, said the C drive was full, wasn't showing thumbnails, was restarting itself all the time. I let the battery die for like two months and today I decided to hook it back up to the charger because my dad said he wanted to look at it, it came on, I poked around a little and it says I have a NORMAL amount of storage in the C drive again, it's running much quicker and it's showing images and stuff,
