I draw Owen and Rick and Todd with their little bicep and tummy lines because it's not THAT hard, but actual pec/ab/tri muscles, ESPECIALLY on female body characters...? Fuck, man.
The only character I draw with real ab, pec, tri and bi muscles is Gwendolin, and I SUCK at it 😒
I want to draw Thor and Gwen being cute daddy-daughter but there's no way I can draw the motherfucking GOD OF THUNDER with any justice.

Thor 3 is basically Infinity War 0.1, so y'all BETTER know your shit to see all the Easter eggs. I know some and I missed a bunch.
What they chose to keep from actual Norse mythology was odd, but I liked it. Normally I'm very opposed to how far Marvel Comics has taken Thor out of Norse mythology (not just the MCU. The comics really take it away from its source) but Ragnarok brought a bit of it back. The familial things that Marvel has changed still bugs me, but they're using it well.
Overall, still looking forward to Black Panther and Deadpool 2 more than Infinity War, but Ragnarok has given me quite a bit more faith in Marvel and had definitely increased my hype for Infinity War.
And Valkyie is my wife. I don't just mean the character, I mean Tess Thompson. I'm proposing to her on Christmas :p

At some point i DID have to acknowledge the fact that Todd is a bit older than Owen.
So today:-strip bed.
-sweep living room/bedroom for first time since we got home.
-rake.
-dishes.
-laundry.
-order books for sociology II that I'll need by February.
-CLEAN bedroom; move things, organize, put shit back in order.
-pass p. 150 in Hunted. As in actually. Read. At. The. Laundromat.
-new Gwen pic with Ragnarok themes.
-shower.
-nails.
Found out I have some time in the torture chamber (dentist's chair) because my first filling/possible root canal got moved to tomorrow...And then my wisdoms come out on the 16th.
And then we start on my braces.
Wisdom removal had me stressing at first but I've realized I've probably been through more painful shit. Not too worried with the numbing agent and the painkillers. It'll be painful but I'm not gonna give myself a panic attack over it.
Honestly just pissed that I need to get braces at age eighteen.

At least this Friday night I get to binge all the Toonami eps I missed while we were in Austin on Saturday. I may make an episode checklist with numbers here later so I don't forget which ones they were. All I can remember is that Stardust Crusaders was ep. 13.

Getting a job became much more important when this braces thing popped up. My dad didn't outright ASK me to pay for part of it, but, I AM a fucking adult and they ARE five thousand dollars.
Five thousand bucks seems like so much money. My car was only eight hundred. FIVE. THOUSAND. DOLLARS. To put METAL in my mouth. Metal which will be taken out when I'm twenty. PLUS upkeep of them. Retainers and shit.
Insurance doesn't pay for ortodontics after age nineteen, either. How fucking STUPID is that? It's fucking DENTAL insurance. If you have DENTAL insurance, that insurance should pay for part of your DENTAL costs.

Anyway. Guess I'm gonna shower and try to draw and try to get some sleep before I get holes drilled in my teeth :)

So this week has kind of blown but from tonight till Sunday evening all i have planned is reading, polishing and posting some one-shots, watching Toonami stuff, and finishing minimum two OC drawings.
And then on Monday i'm leaving the house early to get two job applications and then study at the library, where i'm going to ask if the junior assistant position is still open.
Wish i could work with Library Girlfriend but she works at the campus library at her school now. Either OU or OSU, i don't remember. I still see her but she's gone a lot now :(
