Went shopping in downtown Ardmore. I got books for the kidlets :)The Velveteen Rabbit and a farm animal picture book for my niece (four) and two Hank The Cowdog books for my nephew (six).
Me and bro told him about all the trouble we used to get into in Texas, and he was so interested. The Hank The Cowdog books are set in Texas, so i thought he'd like them.

Only shenanigans to speak of is while in Ardmore i encountered a self-righteous jackass who thought it would be funny to fake an accent and strut around me going "Howdy y'all!" when he saw the Texas flag pin on my belt.He made some comments about 'banning all the gays' in the same shitty accent before i stood up to remind him i was about eight inches taller than him.

And there was a cop car in front of the store we were sitting in front of.The fucking SECOND i stand up, cop's door opens and she goes "Problem here?"
