I will say, as a lower-middle-class gay female who already couldn't pay for college, I have to turn eighteen and enter the world beyond teenagerdom under the Trump administration. I'm from 'Trump country' and I didn't want this. I want to make that perfectly clear. I'm anti-two-party. I encourage people to know all of their options.

So tomorrow is the parents' annivarsary, then we have a funeral on Saturday.It was this woman my mom's family was friends with when she was a kid. She was ninety-five and her husband passed away about ten years ago, so *shrug*
The problem is my maternal grandmother and one of my mom's sisters (the one i've never met, not the one i hate) are gonna be there...
Grandma was okay to me (would probably hate me now) but her relationship with my mom wasn't very good.
I remember the woman who passed away. Me and my brother actually knew her pretty well. We used to go visit them on Sundays.It's sad and all, and i do wanna give my condolances to her daughter, but if Grandma's gonna be there, i don't know why we can't just make a date with the daughter and go to the cemetedaughterher or something.
Oh and i made an appointment to talk to this dude who worked at the group home next to our old house, he's a social worker, and he might be able to help me figure out what i need to do in college, and deciding between working in private practice or working for the state.
Oh and tomorrow's Veterans' Day, right?My great uncle Milt (died back in January) was a marine.
I should make some time to say something to him. I've always liked the Native American tribal practice (specifically Apache. I learned about it a few years ago) of looking to your passed elders for guidance and protection.
