Hey everyone.
I know I said I'd be on yesterday and I wasn't, but I wasn't near my computer most of the day, sorry.
If you've been watching the news, you already know about the flooding in Houston.
Well, Oklahoma City is flooding, too.
And so is the Washita river.
About three miles from my town.
I live on a hill, not in town, so I'm okay. The waters can't reach us up here.
But downtown could flood today.
It hasn't yet, and it might not al all, but it might.
The waters were receding the in the city the last time I checked, but that's not a guarantee.
But, I probably won't be on much today because my dad might come home from work and I won't be able to be on Goodreads.
Things will calm down in the next couple of days, the water and the storm risks are still going down.
Town will probably be okay, but we need to be on alert.
Sorry if anyone worried, I;m fine. :)
Everything should be back to normal by Friday.

She looked around.
She lay on the grass in a dark, misty forest.
A black t-shirt, slick with sweat, dew and...Blood?
She raised to her feet.
"Hello? She rasped, clamping her hands to her bleeding stomach.
"Hello, is anybody there?"
She collapsed to her knees, red-hot blood seeping out from her fingers.
The t-shirt she wore was ripped at the abdomen and missing a sleeve. She shivered in the cold.
Oh, God, what happened? Why am I here? I was just-
Wait, what had she been doing? Who was she?
The short, slight-built bleach blonde girl looked around again.
On a wooden sign, hung crookedly and written in crude print in what looked liked blood, were the words
WELCOME TO HELL.
Hell? She thought.
What am I doing here
She moved her hands, realizing the blood had stopped flowing. The wound didn't look right. It was black and partially scarred.
How can it be scarred already? I was just laying there bleeding a second ago.
She looked down at her hands and gasped.
Her hands were totally clean.
"What the fuck Is going on?"
She asked aloud, her voice wavering.
She raised a trembling hand to her neck, searching for a pulse.
Five seconds went by.
Ten,
Twenty.
Almost a minute passed.
Her heart wasn't beating.
Her blood wasn't circulating.
She was dead.
The girl stood again, less painfully than before.
She looked down at her left arm.
In rust-brown, dried blood, a name, her name, was written on her forearm.
ZEE.
"Zee? She muttered.
"Zee what?"
A stick crunched behind her.
She whirled.
On bent, bloody legs, stood what resembled a pitbull.
The dog growled low in his gullet, jagged, broken teeth peeking from behind a black snout.
