Went through my TBR last night and deleted a few. Turns out I had added a few SUPERFLUFF romances to my to-read just because they were LGBT- oriented.Dunno why I thought i'd be more interested in them because of that? I don't like books whose main focus is romance. Never have, never will. *shrug*
Anyway I deleted The Rainbow Boys, Something Like Summer and another one I don't even remember (think it was either lesbian or had a trans protagonist, don't remember...).

Originally we were gonna go to Dallas but with my dad's work that might not work out, so on my actual birthday we're gonna go to OKC to see Doctor Strange at the Harkins, then the weekend after (which is also my parents' nineteenth anniversary) we might go to either Dallas or Tulsa.

Two sides of the same person, and they clash a lot. One side's the extroverted wiseass who listens to metal, watches horror movies and reads Stephen King.
The other is the introverted Marvel/Star Wars/anime/cartoon nerd who reads fantasy books about Druids and wizards and comic books.
Well.Both sides have long hair and piercings, listen to metal, act like they don't give a shit about anyone (often wonder if they do) and frequently swear blue streaks, so I guess they're not so different.

No fucking question about it. Good representation of having a strong love for family (frankly he doesn't give a fuck about his mother but that works into the story) but not having the want for romantic relationships, while at the same time clearly being sexually attracted to others (girls in his case).
That being said he's probably going to end up with this girl and that'll probably piss me off, but, with his behavior up to this point it could easily be a point for greyromanticism.

Also I watched ep. 1 of Static Shock. I vaguely remember seeing it once or twice as a kid (it's so good to be an early 2000's kid sometimes) and I wanted to revisit it. Don't remember the characters at all, but I feels... Familiar somehow.
