"Creator told me about people like you. She said, walking around the monochromatic clown in a slow circle.
"She warned me you would try and corrupt me."
The clown, though his glare was unwavering, backed up against a live oak.
"You're nuts. Would you put that thing down, please? I'm not gonna hurt you."
Zee trained her eyes (Jesus Christ, are her eyes bleeding or do they just LOOK like that?) on his and pointed the katana's tip to the ground.
"Who are you?"
She asked.
The clown stood up straight.
"Jack. Laughing Jack."
The girl (she was just a girl, still with a tomboy body and a rounded child's face) snorted.
"What the fuck kinda name is that?"
Jack hardened his brow.
"I'm guessing your name is Kathy Ann Miller."
Zee picked up the katana and pit it through the thong on her belt.
"Zee. She said. She angrily swiped a fly-away strand of bleached blonde hair off her forehead.
"Just Zee."

I think in July, (because I already have a sketch-a-day thing going on for May and I NEED a while before I do something like this again) I might do an OTP 30 day challenge.
I was thinking Russel/Murdoc from Gorillaz, (don't hate <3) then I remembered I can't draw Russel to save my life.
Then I remembered that Murdoc and my OC, Sheila, (who also happens to be 2-D's little sister) kinda have a thing.
Not a romantic thing, just...
I dunno, a thing.
She hated him when she was younger, then in phase 1 she decided he wasn't so bad. Then in phase 2 they actually got pretty close.
Then, of course, there was El Manana...
Then in phase 3 they hated each other again.
And now, in phase 4, everything's just kinda...
Neutral. The Round-a-Bouts (Sheila's band) are touring with Gorillaz on their U.K tour, so they'd be together quite a bit.
I'll write some stuff, see if I can get some ideas.
And...
See if I remember how to draw Murdoc. XD

I have to write book reports on The Color Purple, Tex, Ordinary People and 1984 before school gets 'out' on the 23rd.
Thanks for reminding me less than two weeks before the term's over, Mom. Really, thanks.
I said something smartass about homework when school started last August, so my mom decided to make me do book reports for the first time since I was ten.
THEN I forgot, like I always do, then I found the book list in my notebook a few days back.
My mom was like "oh, right. You did those, didn't you?"
Shit.
I'm not even sure I still HAVE my copy of 1984.
Everything's kind of a mess because of all the packing and storing we've been doing for the move.
If I 'fail' 9th grade English, I'm not allowed to go to public school in the fall for 10th.
Double shit.

Zee advanced towards the older girl, the katana poised to strike.
"Creator... Mother..."
She murmured.
Z backed up against the wall, her hands held out in defense.
"Don't call me that. She said, her voice pinched.
"I told you to stop fucking calling me that."
Zee bushed the blunt side of the sword against her throat, pinning her down.
Cutting off her air.
"But that's what you are. Zee hissed.
"You said you created me. You said that.
And what is a creator, but a mother?"
Z tried to shove the small teen away, but the long sword's blade was dangerously close to her face, and if Zee decided to flip the sword, curtains.
"I'm s-sorry. Z wheezed, placing a hand on her side of the sword.
"I d-didn't...Koff. Koff. Know what happened to Creepypastas. It was just a joke. L-let me go."
"A joke? Zee thundered, cutting the older teen's air off completely.
"A fucking joke? My life is a fucking joke to you?"
Z huffed for a single puff of a breath.
"That's...Not what I....Meant. I-I thought you guys were jus-just... Stories. I thought...I mean, I didn't...Know you were real."
Her face had turned a highly unattractive shade of purple. Not that it was the only thing that made her unattractive.
Just the most obvious of the moment.
Zee pulled the sword back.
Z fell to her knees, gasping for breath.
"You're pathetic, you know that? Zee asked, pointing the blade to the ground.
"You really had nothing better to do than write a 'joke' story about a homicidal, prepubescent dead chick? That's how you choose to spend your time?"
Z shut her eyes hard, fighting back angry tears.
"Shut up." She said, barely above a whisper.
Zee put held the sword up again, making Z flinch.
"Getting choked by a girl, that's probably one of your creepy little fetishes, isn't it?"
"I said shut up." Z said, louder.
"I wonder what your girlfriend would...Oh, that's right. She giggled.
"You really ought to try a little harder, sweetie. You know there's something wrong when even someone as lonely and ugly as you are won't give you the time of day."
Abruptly, Z stood up, hands balled into fists.
"Shut up. She nearly shouted.
"Shut up about her, she's none of your business."
Zee smirked.
"Seems to me like she's none of yours, either."
Zee shoved her to the floor, yanking the sword out of her grasp.
"I don't have to take this shit from you, pipsqueak."
She turned to walk away.
She froze at the sound of a handgun being cocked.
She looked over her shoulder.
Zee was holding a gun, aimed right at her.
"I don't know why you're so surprised, you fucking knew I had this."

Age: (in Phase 4) 28
Height/weight: 6 ft, 1 in. 160 lbs.

Younger sister of Stuart '2-D' Pot, lead singer/keyboardist of Gorillaz.
Plays lead guitar and sings lead in her own punk/prog rock band, the Round-a-Bouts.
Has a love/hate relationship with Murdoc, may or may not have slept with him in Phase 2 (probably did; 2-D just will not accept it).
Sheila wrote the songs Starshine (Gorillaz, 2001) and Kids with Guns (Demon Days, 2005).
Co-wrote/inspired the songs Fire Coming out of the Monkey's Head, (Demon Days, 2005) Ghost Train, (G-Sides, 2007) and DARE (Demon Days, 2005).
She isn't good at expressing emotions and has a bad habit of fighting, which is why she and Murdoc love/hate each other so much.

Jack stood before the cowering girl, Zee and Jeff standing militantly behind him.
"You're her, hmm? He asked.
"You're the brat's-"
"I resent that,"
"fabled 'Creator'? You're, what, seventeen, eighteen?"
The girl mumbled something.
Jack kicked her, hard, in the ribcage.
She yelped.
"What was that, love?"
Jack pressed.
"I'm fifteen." The girl spat, her hair covering the entire left half of her face.
Jack chuckled, a sound that made Z's heart clench into a block of ice.
It wasn't Jeff's relentless cackle, or Zee's merry giggle. It was a low rumble that didn't sound like it should come out of someone so slight and...For lack of a better word, feminine.
Z used the length of her bound arms to raise onto her hips.
"Listen, man, I... I promise, if you let me go, i'll never, ever tell anyone what I saw. I promise. I swear on my life."
Jack knelt down to her level and seized her chin in his long, clawed fingers. She noticed the bandages peaking from under his striped sleeves for the first time.
"What happened to him? I know i read his story...I just don't remember." She thought.
"Little girl, you'd be surprised how little your life matters to us."
"People like you torture us." Zee piped up, drawing the long sword from her belt.
"They injure us, deform us, sometimes kill us, just for the sake of their stories."
Jeff said, the glowing knife held tightly in his pale hand.
Z glanced from them to Jack, who, despite the warfare team rallying behind him, was as content as could be.
"I know you didn't do this intentionally, Lauren."
He said.
Z flinched. He knew her name. Her real name.
"How do you-"
Jack put a finger to her lips.
"Shh. He said gently.
"Like i was saying, i know you didn't do this to Zee on purpose, but you did hurt her. Badly. Now, i think it's only fair you allow her to do the same thing, then we'll be square, okay?"
Z arched her brows.
"Huh? What do you...No. She jerked back from the clown, landing hard against the brick wall with her back.
"No fucking way, no way in hell, man. I'm not gonna let that little psycho disembowel me."
Jack's dark eyes flared.
Suddenly, her knotted his fingers in Z's t-shirt, ripping fabric and scratching skin in the process, and yanked her to her feet.
"You don't want her to do it? He asked, his voice still even.
"Fine. I will."
He used a fingernail (what could only be referred to as a claw) to slice Z's t-shirt from the neck all the way down, making the cotton hang limp on either side of her shoulders.
Z wriggled, trying to get away.
"No, that's not what i meant. Her shackled feet wouldn't allow her to kick, but she tried to nail the clown where it counted.
"Let me go, creep!"
She shouted.
Jack scratched a thin line of blood from Z's navel to the front-clasp of her bra, emblazoned with multiple little bat symbols.
"You didn't have to come here, Mother. Zee said.
She had a hand clamped to her lower abdomen, where her own sword had impaled her oh, so many months ago.
"You didn't have to make me."

Alright, I'm gonna do two more OTP sample drawings, see how they look, then decide.
There's the 'holding hands' one, where you literally only have to draw their hands, then there's the genderswapped one.
I think i could draw Murdoc genderbent just fine because I'm semi-good at drawing chicks (big friggin' surprise) and Sheila genderbent is pretty much just my other OC, Rick, without his glasses.
I'll work on them after i finish my homework tonight. >:)

If you want to listen to some of their music, (it's not for everyone, it's kinda weird like Daft Punk and The Talking Heads) I always recommend 5/4, Clint Eastwood Latin Simone to start with.
