Stuff: (or, "Well, fuck.")-I forgot I was supposed to go to lunch with Ma and this lady from our old church, so I had to do that. It was actually fun. This lady's super nice. Her husband had a stroke last year (my mom had one when I was eight. Pretty minor. But still) and for about six months my mom's been going over to their house weekly to look after him.
I shouldn't give Ma such a hard time. She's set in her ways and has a warped sense on some stuff, but she's a good person deep down.
-So the tattoo parlor I went to to get my cartilage done wanted me to present my birth certificate or my driver's license, neither of which I had. :/ I have to get my birth certificate from Records in Dallas and go back, hopefully next week,.
And it's stupid cause the bozo who did my right earlobe at Walmart didn't want my birth certificate. They do cartilage there, and I considered going, but the chicks who run the piercing booth are just too ditzy to work the deli counter.
