SOLVED. 80s ya set partly in the Netherlands [s]

Hi, I'm trying to remember the title of a book I read late 80s/early 90s. It's about a teenaged girl with a Polish? father. The girl is a bit of a rebel and becomes a punk. She meets a boy and they go on a holiday travelling across the Netherlands with a group of other teenagers. That's about all I can remember. I have a feeling the girl is called Tracey but I can't be sure.
