Jade Benesh | 6 comments Book from childhood 80s/90s - the book appeared new. Cannot remember if hard cover or soft, but believe was hard cover in yellow. Cover may have been pink, though pretty sure was yellow with a white Pegasus in flight in front of a window or door with pink or orange curtains.

The story is about a magical Pegasus, or about flying and or magic. Not sure if was about a Pegasus and a little girl or just a Pegasus.

This is a book and cassette tape read along, with musical interludes at beginning and end of the story. May have been other musical interludes in the story, though not a musical.

This is definitely a children’s book 5-9 age range I would say. Not a Wrinkle in Time, not a Barbie book. May have been from Canadian Scholastic school book order.

Also, I believe the main narrator was a woman’s voice, but near the musical interlude(s) I seem to remember a man’s voice. Woman’s voice may have been American, Canadian or British.

About how many pages long? Was it a picture book or a child's novel?

Jade Benesh | 6 comments Picture book, latest original publishing possible would be ‘96. Though I think it would be closer to ‘86.

Bonnie | 291 comments Stephen Cosgrove wrote a few pegasus books in his Serendipity series. Not sure if any of those were made into an audio book.
