Newly released edition, too... ;-) Just sayin' hehe.
It's become a thing over the past couple of years but since last year I'm actively hunting those down.

Nice!!
If you're into Stephen King at all The Institute has a blue sprayed edge edition.. I didn't get that one like.. Friend at work did ¬_¬

The Binding is out with dark purple sprayed edges and that's just to die for. I put a friend of mine onto that one and she hunted it down for me because I wasn't sure it was ever going to go on sale here with those edges.

I'm not into Stephen King at all like, I just like the look at that book and it was brilliant to be fair!
Oh! That book looks good, adding that to my trl! Might have to hunt down the sprayed edge version, purple is my fav colour, only seems right I look for it! haha

It does sound good! I still haven't read it yet but I wanted to get a copy ever since it was published but they only released that huge, unwieldy paperback edition at first. I might try and read it during Uno, so I can let you know what I thought of it.

Because of the slow pace or was there something more?
Eta: Also, can you check the read date on your shelf, please? For some reason it marks Feb 3rd as your read date rather than the 8th. Might just be a weird GR fluke.

I changed it. Hope fully it reflects now.

Cards:
7 - Title starts with V

It's a nonfiction, so there aren't any characters...

can you add The View from the Cheap Seats: Selected Nonfiction to your Uno shelf, please?
Also, I think we never actually told you but unfortunately we aren't going to be able to use Sandman as the word count cannot officially be verified. Sadly, the approximation on the site you found isn't certain enough and the novel is mostly images. Sorry!

I'll spend the rest of the evening The Priory of the Orange Tree to catch up on that one a little as I'm already behind on the buddy read (over in NBRC) and then tomorrow I'll start Allegiance of Honor for the blue cover, which will certainly be a quicker read, even if I might not get a lot of reading time.

I've been nonstop this weekend on Babysitting duties so I haven't been able to pick up a book, my current read; The Library of the Unwritten is not a genre I'd usually read (Fantasy) so it's becoming a long read and I can't give up on a book so I'll struggle through! I have two days off this week (for a Steel Panther gig!) so before the gig and my rest day I'm going to try and get as much read as possible - hopefully finish it this week!
How's everyone's weekend been? :)

Thanks!

Eta: And, we're currently in 5th place! Not bad at all!

Really hope it picks up for you soon! Fingers crossed the days off help get it finished. And have a fab time at the concert.
We had a wet and windy weekend with storm Ciara, which was probably just as well given my son has started limping again. Time to head back to the GP to work out what's going on...

I'll be done with my current book by tomorrow. It should help in multiple areas. I'll look over the spreadsheet to see what else we need.

That's true! He's written a lot of novellas of about 100 - 200 stories, but they're usually in an anthology, like Full Dark, No Stars. I can really recommend it, though, I found it very intense both times I read it. But I think it's one you either love or hate. When it's discussed in King groups there are always some who who find it boring :D
