Story
There were some Unexpected Stories told at the tea party that day. None was more unexpected than the one The Faceless Old Woman Who Secretly Lives in Your Home read from some Letters From The Past. The letters told the story of Collapse on the planet Hyperion. There had been a tea party on that day too, on Thunderhead. The Vampire Knitting Club had served Cinnamon Rolls and Peach Cobbler. Unfortunately, they were also serving Murder and Poison. Ever since the The Duke with the Dragon Tattoo had given the The Memory Police a copy of The Southern Book Club's Guide to Slaying Vampires the police had become quite the annoyance to the Vampires. Before that book had become a best seller no one had been able to get within Striking Distance of The Sun Down Motel, where the vampires preferred to meet for their club meetings.
"I thought Hyperion was completely underwater?" said one of the party guests
"Oh, it is," said the Faceless Old Woman, "when the Memory Police refused to eat the baked goods the Vampires were so offended that they turned the entire planet into Drowned Country. Vampires can live just fine underwater. And this concludes our lesson on How Societies Choose to Fail or Succeed. Eat your cakes."

Sadly we are 3 books short of finishing the mini challenge. But still, well done. We did very well considering everything that was going on!
I hope everyone had a good time, maybe we'll see each other in another challenge soon :)
Is anyone doing a challenge in the upcoming months?
Thanks for captioning! It was really fun! :)
