Excuse me, but I’ve found a secret message in book eight, and I need some help figuring it out.

I have discovered that the list of patient names in book eight of A Series Of Unfortunate Events is actually a secret message. Two of the names are anagrams of ‘Beatrice Baudelaire’ and ‘Lemony Snicket’
But I’m having trouble decoding the rest. Anyone want to help me out?
