I agree with Cindy about seeing someone like Sheldon Cooper while reading, but Don is described as being similar to Gregory Peck. There's got to be lots of tall, dark, and handsome choices. How about Lee Pace? He had a lot of 1930's charisma in Miss Pettigrew Lives for A Day, plus he's a good actor.



Funny thing, I saw the author on an Australian Book Show. He was so quirky that now I am imaging him as Don. Although I think Don was described as a bit hotter than Graeme Simsion.
I wonder who they have actually cast?
