Art Garfunkel is the best friend who helped his college roommate, Sanford D. Greenberg deal with his sudden blindness. Greenberg's memoir, Hello Darkness, My Old Friend: How Daring Dreams and Unyielding Friendship Turned One Man's Blindness Into an Extraordinary Vision for Life. It is fabulous! Greenberg knows everybody who's anybody, worked in the Johnson White House, and tells great stories!

I finished Hearts of Chaos
by Kira Brady. It's the third book in the Deadglass paranormal romantic suspense series. Unfortunately, I couldn't connect with the main characters and the story line didn't pull me in. However, many others enjoyed it a lot me than me so if you are interested in it, you can check out those reviews. My 2 star review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
This is the Kopp sisters, World War One style! Norma's in France with her pigeons, young Fleurette is touring in the US with a dance troupe, and Constance is spying. Always fun. Dear Miss Kopp by Amy Stewart is #5 in the series.

Currently reading Billy Summers
. It's good. It is not horror, but a story about an assassin with some morals. It has some military fiction included, which is a great way to give us insight into our MC, but not my favorite genre. I'm hoping to finish today. I just finished The Noise
. I thought it was engaging and fast-paced, but the ending was a bit confusing to me. I might go back and read the last 10% or so again to see if it becomes more clear. my The Noise review
I finished The Edge of Lost
by Kristina McMorris. This historical fiction novel was a little to slow-paced for me but the world-building/atmosphere was extremely well done.My 3.5 star review rounded down to 3 stars:

I recently finished They Both Die at the End
by Adam Silvera and We Were Liars
by E. Lockhart. I absolutely loved both books and I even managed to read the first one in English pretty easily. They both die at the end: a heartbreaking story that taught me the meaning of time. I knew how it would have ended (like, read the title) but I was still tearing up around the last pages. 5/5, really recommended.
We were liars: an unexpected finale that left a void inside of me, while my heart crushed into a million pieces. I'm being really drammatic, but I totally didn't see THAT coming and the writing was painfully beautiful. Loved it. Read it if you haven't already!
Now reading Kitchen
by Banana Yoshimoto
Agnes and the Hitman - madcap murderous mayhem written by Jennifer Crusie and Bob MayerWww.Goodreads.com/review/show/4184234303
BOX 88 by Charles Cumming, a former secret service recruit himself, describes the mixed-up world of international intrigue. We may know who the enemy is, but with so many 'agencies' of spies today, nobody is quite sure who the bad guys are. Great read!

Keep the dream alive! This little book is a great introduction to Martin Luther King Jr.. It's part of an excellent series to inspire little kids (and their parents!). Author Mª Isabel Sánchez Vegara has produced an amazing library of these.
5★ Link to my review of MLK Jr with several illustrations.
I just finished reading The Midwife's Tale
by Sam Thomas and loved it. Tonight I plan to start reading the next book in this series The Harlot's Tale
currently reading The Shining by Stephen King! Havent read much from him so I am excited to see how this goes!
Finished The Only Woman in the Room
byMarie BenedictMy Review: www.goodreads.com/review/show/4163053159
Thinking of the sad loss of Jill Murphy and this lead me to think to read all her books and also which other books could truly be argued to be precursors to Harry Potter
I loved Michael Ondaatje's much lauded Warlight, which begins in London, 1945. Bomb flashes were what lit the way for those sneaking around during curfews - criminals, spies, and kids.Terrific read!
5★ Link to my Warlight review
Strangely enough, I am really enjoying Raise Your Vibes! Gone through some really dark stuff this year between family deaths and personal losses and this book is a feel good nonfiction for the hippie magic child at heart.
I'm glad everyone here is enjoying their reads. I just finished The Killings At Kingfisher Hill, and am sorry to say I did not enjoy it.1 star. A repetitively, boring mystery written by an author trying to mirror Agatha Christie. Don't waste your money.
