Here is the synopsis for you all -
In a world sculpted from earth and clay, a strange "little brown man" named Hopeful awakens under the care of an enigmatic and imposing figure called Pa. In a bizarre, handcrafted realm populated by earthy beings, Hopeful quickly learns the rules and tensions of his peculiar new world. As Hopeful discovers his identity, he encounters a society on the brink of revolution, driven by discontent and the promise of freedom from their creator's dominion. Innocence, the firstborn and fiery leader, spearheads the uprising against Pa. What begins as an exploration of a vibrant miniature civilization soon descends into chaos, as Hopeful and his peers confront their limitations and the mysteries of the world beyond their walls.
David wrote: "I have just release my Debut novel. A Christian fantasy and would be honoured for you all to take a look.

Looking forward to discovering some new favorites and connecting with fellow readers here 😊

Hi, Faith! Nice to meet you :D

Nice to meet you, Faith!

Congratulations, Kris! Your unicorn book looks AWESOME!

It’s not a religious or preachy book. Think of it more as an action-adventure story with elements of historical drama—and maybe even a touch of horror—rooted in a biblical event.
I’d love for you to read it and leave a rating!

Would love your thoughts on it! It has been an incredible journey for me.

Hey Anna, welcome. I love this journey - so glad you're stepping into the world of book reviewing. I run a little page called Messenger Book Collection where I share some of the Christian books that have really encouraged me and others. One of them is Messenger Life - it’s a 31-day devotional about hearing God clearly in everyday life. If that sounds like something you’d be into, I’d be happy to send you a free copy.

Hey Asher, this sounds like such a unique angle - love seeing stories that creatively explore biblical moments like this. I run a little page called Messenger Book Collection where I highlight faith-based and Bible-inspired books. One of the devotionals we recently featured is Messenger Life, and I’m currently exchanging honest reviews with other authors/readers.
If you’re open to it, I’d be happy to read Endor and leave a review - and I can send over a free copy of Messenger Life in return. Just let me know if that sounds good to you

It's great to see someone else from this state :)

My name is Barbara Joy. I have recently gotten back into reading and am grateful to have found this site and group. I read just about anything and am looking forward to finding new authors to try. I have been struggling with life lately and have become too much of a recluse. This is a first step in learning to interact and connect with people again.

I've got one major problem though: this group has so many discussion threads. I'd appreciate 3 recommendations to get my feet wet. Thanks.

That's a good question, and hard to answer. I took a look at the 28 books you've read listed on your page. Christian fiction comes in a variety of levels of getting you to seek God, etc, more than before. Many of the books read hear are by women and include romances, but there are also a fair number of thrillers and other fiction books we read.
I read a variety of genres, even within Christian fiction and this is my Christian fiction shelf https://www.goodreads.com/review/list.... I don't tend to be a high rater, but if you sort this by rating you can start with the highest ratings first.
Some of them I call "Christian light" since they are Christian, but there isn't much writing about the Bible or spiritual journeys, but I don't have shelve to sort them.
Welcome, all!
Selwyn, you could start with our Just Talk thread for getting to know other members, our 2025 Monthly Challenges folder for dipping your toes into reading challenges if you like, and our Book of the Month folder for reading along with the group (this is a great way to discover new authors and genres in Christian fiction or catching up on old, familiar ones, depending on which book is selected each month).
Let us know if you have more questions!
