Always suspect the one who is least suspicious, so I don't think it's him unless he is helping Unknown. BUT I do think Emma somehow might be indirectly involved. I'm loving this so far. 29% Chapter 9 (view spoiler)[ Love that we got a bit of a recap on the 4 from the first book as it had been awhile since I read it.
I hope Phoebe and her sister talk sometime although sleeping with her sis' new ex so not cool.
I really like Maeve, I enjoyed her character in book 1 but its great to see more of her. I hope the nosebleeds aren't a sign of something worse and while I get why she doesn't want to bring it up, I don't want to see her hide them if they continue.

So who do you think is in charge of the truth or dare? And absolutely, always choose dare! I wonder when those dares are going to become more dangerous and well, daring! The first 2 were entertaining but not super out of character for the people performing them. Really telling Jules to kiss a member of the Bayview 4 just gave her an excuse to do what she already wanted to do anyway.
