Right so these are the books I'm planning to try and get through in January. Most of them I'm BRing with Ash, so the more teammates get in on these the more points we'll get! I'm not sure how many of them I'll get read, and might swap and change some, but we'll see!
Also I'm going away from 2-12 January so I'll have no Internet access, but I will still be reading!

Yep, I’m new.
Should we use a spreadsheet to keep track of what we are all reading?? It’ll also help us plan which books will be used for which letter.
How exciting!
I find the idea of an ss is a good idea, but it also leads to confusion with the different reading speeds. But if you guys want to then we can. I don't want to be one to sort it out, and I'll just do what I've been told XD I've had too much drama surrounding spreadsheets.

I’m happy to create one, but I’ll wait to see if others would want one too.
Sure :) I'm happy enough to use one, but I'll only be putting in there what I'm currently reading.
And I'll get Ash to keep everyone updated with what I'm reading while I'm away. I'll still be talking with her.
What are you planning on reading? We're going to crush this challenge!

I dont think we need a SS though. I feel like it will cause to much confusion for this challenge.
Hey Courtney!
Yeah I agree. There is a tracking thing on the score layout, so we can see what needs reading for from that, and if our letters aren't used in any edition we can always bank the books and post later :)

- Letters can be claimed in any order.
- Bonus points will be awarded each time 'Happy New Year' is completed. - Please note these bonus points are added to team totals only.
Seems like the April Challenge. :)

Thats what I thought. I just got confused because Maddie said we can bank books. Lol Thank you :)
Yay! Post here when you've got one! I posted mine earlier so I won't be joining any BRs (despite how much I might want to)

Yeah that's all good Abby! It's a chill month! Any any editions of the book can count as long as it's English letters

I will probably start out with some Graphic Novels.
TBR (this is likely to change)

I'm sure you can ask for it on the Wanted thread?
Ah yeah, make sure to post graphic novels together totaling 300 pages so that it counts as a book read. Also double check if they can count for letters?

* You may read any kind of book for this challenge, but the page counts necessary to claim letters are the following -
- YA, NA, Adult, Non-fiction books (without illustrations) - 200 pages.
- Middle-grade/children's books (without illustrations) - 300 pages.
- Manga, graphic novels, plays, poetry, books written in verse, anything with some illustrations - 600 pages.
- Books which are mainly illustrations cannot be used.

I was just about to add them their. I just wanted to add more real fast lol.

I haven't done smut in so long XD I'm going to get back into audios assuming my commute is long enough to be productive.

* For this challenge, you may choose any letter from your book's title, series name, author name, and you can even use the word 'by',
Yeah :p But we'll have a lot of Y's. I know that I'm not really reading for the challenge, I'm just reading what I've got planned with Ash

Im open all month as of now. Lol I havent planned anything.

I just meant we dont have stress about letters. Lol
Alright, maybe we can start it for the 12th or something? I've got 3 books planned for the 1st, so hoping to read them over camping

Do books that you’re halfway through count?? For example, if you read the first half in December and second half in January??
Any books you've started count, but not for a letter. You can only count the number of pages you read next month.
Also when you post your review, make sure to post the highest page count of all of the editions, not just the edition that you read. And the edition you post doesn't need to be English either.
@Courtney: I thought you said you needed to read OOUIL before OOUIN, are you planning for OOUIL before this year's up? Heather's keen to do OOUIN with us both.
