I'm also going to get through some manga, and I'm so happy that they can count for bonus points! So I'll be able to get us another 2 or 3 letters today just from my manga.

I'm meant to be going to a bbq this evening with my boyfriend but he's got another migraine so not too sure we'll be going.

@Abby: Yes it's very new. Just because if you don't comment then you're taking advantage and that's not what BRs are about. We try and promote talking about books and making bookish friends, not trying to scam the BRs for extra points and not utilising the threads for the wrong reasons :p All you need to do is comment on one other person's thoughts, that's all you need.

So we are second at least, but there's quite a jump to get to Charizard! Hoping to make it another 50 points up today thanks to my manga, but it's still not enough.

I dont expect to win because Mummy should not be a medium player. There is no way anyone can stay up with 3 to 5 books a day on a medium team. Plus we are missing a person so 🤷‍♀️ lol

I mentioned that to Sarah, and Sarah said she put Mummy with those people because the others are slow. And Mummy likes to team with her friends

xD as usual. I'm just setting down on the couch with manga and Downton abbey doing some sprints :) getting through at least another 3 or 4 manga tonight before I swap to physical.. I need to keep them up to date as well

Don't think I'll get through another 3 tonight, think I want to get stuck into a physical, but in saying that I doubt I'll get much progress done with one of them, so I may as well keep going with manga... Who knows. We shall see, most likely be manga to feel productive XD

I'm planning on experimenting in the morning and seeing how long it'll take me to get to work. Will be doing that a few mornings next week to see the different routes and timings, as I can't be late to work! So there's a little more audio and reading time! I'm trying to make my way through Game of Thrones audio hence why I've been quiet on that front XD

Feb challenge is up, who's doing what category? :D I'll be sticking with medium. I really want the same team again, but Sarah did find it hard being able to put us all together, so maybe we should only try team once every few months?

I have to put my TBR together before I choose. I was thinking serious, but I dont think I can read that many of the same authors for bonus points. I know for a fact it wont be fun though. Lol

Yeah I've told Ash that we need to read a genre next month that has a lot of the same author for our experiment, so I'm thinking maybe contemporary romance, as that's got CoHo and Christina Lauren if I remember right.

I thought it was perfect because I wanna reread the Fablehaven series, but I know no one will want to buddy read them so I have to come up with another game plan if I wanna go serious. I also wanna team with you though so 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ lol I will figure it out soon. I have a couple CoHo books I wanna finish though, and MAYBE explore more of her books considering I have only done a few books.

I listened to 14% of GoT today, which is a good accomplishment! So I'm 50% of the way through now. I do plan on finishing this month, so fingers crossed! I've done no other reading today and I'm not sure if I mean to either. I'm going round to my boyfriend's a little later on.

We will see. I got asked to work extra hours so I might fall more behind, but thats okay. The rest of my month is pretty much empty so plenty of time to catch up.

No worries :) Reading is reading, I'm definitely not stressing about it anymore. I know I won't be reading much when I start work for a few weeks because I'll be trying to wrap my head around things. But I do have audio and ebook for commute

Im not too worried about it considering I already met the minimum for a medium team, and I doubt we stand a chance at winning. However, my competitive side is saying read more!!! Lol

XD My competitive side has been quiet lately! And I'm alright with that, I'm enjoying my other hobbies before I start work

Lol thats why part of me wants to go serious next month, but the other part is eh its a short month go medium. Which I probably should considering I wanna start planning my baby's second birthday.
