SOLVED. Book about a girl who doesn't age *spoilers in post [s]

I'm looking for the title/author of a fantasy romance teen/young adult book.

The book starts out with a girl who doesn't age getting drunk with other people like her, and the one boy breaks a cab drivers neck and feels no remorse. The girl feels uncomfortable out, especially because the creepy boy has been telling her how they are meant to be together, so she runs away.

She ends up at a camp type thing for people like herself, and meets a mysterious brooding young man... Sparks fly. Turns out she knows him from the past, when he was a viking raider and broke into her house and didn't rape her and kill her baby.

He also happens to have had a role in the killing of her family in the past.

I'm pretty sure the cover was in red and gold.

If you can help me find this book I'll be super grateful! It's been bothering me for a couple years now and I can't seem to find it.
