SOLVED. YA\Fantasy, possibly dystopia [s]

I was around thirteen when i read this story (i think)
I remeber it had a gold cover and a treskillion(or some other shape like it) on the cover.
The story follows a set of twins that live in the inland where all the rich people live. The city is surround by the outland where all the poor people live. The twins sneak out to the outland(it's like a desert and a ruined city) with a few of their mates through these under ground tunnels, because they discover a secret. When they get to the outland they discover they had a triplet that there mum hid from everyone and set it out to live in the outlands at birth. The triplets then try to discover some secret. I think it was a boy and two girls.
