Thanks Phrynne. I like these challenges. They make me read more widely. The Nabokov book Pnin I read for N has been sitting on our shelves for about forty years! The cousins were allowed to plunder our grandparents' well stocked bookshelves after they died and I ended up with a few classic authors. Doubt I would have picked up the Laurence Olivier autobiography my husband bought, if I hadn't been short an O for my last read.
