I'm reading Laura Griffin's next Tracers book,
.About halfway through and it's all over the place. I feel that I may have read this before I had read the earlier books, some time ago, but I'm not sure.

I had to go back and read the ending to make sure I didn't miss something... then I had to check and make sure I had the right book next in line. There's at least a 3 month gap that I'm trying to fill... sounds like a lot happened during that time.
I finished Thread of Fear by Laura Griffin, Glass Sisters #1, last night and liked the story. I wasn't that crazy about the romance, though. Here's my review.
I'm now reading Hold Me Close by Shannyn Schroeder, the final book in the O'Leary's series.

I finished A Winter Wedding (book 9 Whiskey Creek) by Brenda Novak and absolutely loved it. Characters in need of redemption are my absolute favorite and Kyle was one I'd almost given up on (until book 8). I am now reading One Night for Love (Bedwyn Saga Prequels #1) by Mary Balogh and really enjoying it. I was afraid I wouldn't get sucked into the book since I had already read a book (The Proposal) involving these characters and mention of their happily ever afters. But I was wrong, luckily.
Really glad to know the Bedwyn Saga is working out.
You and I have talked about Kyle and I'm amazed at his redemption. This was a really good story.

This week I read
The Outlaw and the Lady by Lorraine Heath. This is the first story in her Daughters of Fortune series. My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Today I finished
Last Known Victim by Erica Spindler. It's a fast-moving suspense story, but not my favorite by this author. My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
So far this month, I've finished the following books:Hector, (5th Street #3), the beginning and the end of the book were really good but the middle just seem to drag on and on.
Abel, (5th Street #4) Although a much better book, it does seem to be just a different spin on the first book.
Walk Through Fire, (Chaos #4) Ms. Ashley did a good job as usual even though this is not my favorite in the series.
You'll Be Mine, (Green Mountain 4.5) One of the scenes in this book skeeved me out but otherwise, it was alright.
Backlash, (Diana Racine #3) This is a really good book.
Next I did a 3-day binge to get current with the Vampire For Hire series by J.R. Rain by reading/listening to 14 books and novellas. They are really pretty short (under 200 pages for the books).
The Crossing (Harry Bosch #20) Another great read.
I finished Hold Me Close by Shannyn Schroeder, the final book in the O'Leary's series, and was disappointed. Flat ending to the series. Here's my review.
I'm now reading And Then Forever by Shirley Jump, Fortune's Island #1.

I finished Acorna's People by Anne McCaffrey and The Hangman's Companion by Joseph Flynn. Both were good.
Finished
- enjoyable overall. The enemies to lover romance is entertaining particularly if you like snarky, bickering protagonists as I do. The secondary characters are wonderful and the hints at the romance to come in the next book make me sad that we have to wait until May.
Also finished
which was disappointing. The plot is overly complex and the romance fell flat mainly because the heroine runs hot and cold. There are also too many references to characters from an earlier series.

I'm now reading All Fall Down by Stacy Green, the 4th and final book in the Lucy Kendall series. I'm a bit nervous about how this will end.

I finished listening to Forsaken by B.J. Daniels, Beartooth, Montana #3, and really liked this one. I think it's the best in the series to date. Here's my review.

I'm 21% in and so far, so good except I suspect there is going to be some serious insta love going on here.
I just read the second Keye Street book,
, and I liked it a lot. Interesting characters as well as crime mystery story.
