Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 656 comments I'm reading Laura Griffin's next Tracers book, Scorched (Tracers #6) by Laura Griffin .

About halfway through and it's all over the place. I feel that I may have read this before I had read the earlier books, some time ago, but I'm not sure.

Okay, I take this back. I thought he was in counseling for what happened in The Concrete Blonde. I had to go back and read the ending to make sure I didn't miss something... then I had to check and make sure I had the right book next in line. There's at least a 3 month gap that I'm trying to fill... sounds like a lot happened during that time.

I finished Thread of Fear by Laura Griffin, Glass Sisters #1, last night and liked the story. I wasn't that crazy about the romance, though. Here's my review.

I'm now reading Hold Me Close by Shannyn Schroeder, the final book in the O'Leary's series.

Monica | 860 comments I finished A Winter Wedding (book 9 Whiskey Creek) by Brenda Novak and absolutely loved it. Characters in need of redemption are my absolute favorite and Kyle was one I'd almost given up on (until book 8).

I am now reading One Night for Love (Bedwyn Saga Prequels #1) by Mary Balogh and really enjoying it. I was afraid I wouldn't get sucked into the book since I had already read a book (The Proposal) involving these characters and mention of their happily ever afters. But I was wrong, luckily.

Really glad to know the Bedwyn Saga is working out.

You and I have talked about Kyle and I'm amazed at his redemption. This was a really good story.

Today I finished Last Known Victim (Stacy Killian, #3) by Erica Spindler Last Known Victim by Erica Spindler. It's a fast-moving suspense story, but not my favorite by this author.

Jorran | 184 comments So far this month, I've finished the following books:

Hector, (5th Street #3), the beginning and the end of the book were really good but the middle just seem to drag on and on.

Abel, (5th Street #4) Although a much better book, it does seem to be just a different spin on the first book.

Walk Through Fire, (Chaos #4) Ms. Ashley did a good job as usual even though this is not my favorite in the series.

You'll Be Mine, (Green Mountain 4.5) One of the scenes in this book skeeved me out but otherwise, it was alright.

Backlash, (Diana Racine #3) This is a really good book.

Next I did a 3-day binge to get current with the Vampire For Hire series by J.R. Rain by reading/listening to 14 books and novellas. They are really pretty short (under 200 pages for the books).

The Crossing (Harry Bosch #20) Another great read.

Finished Cold-Hearted Rake (The Ravenels, #1) by Lisa Kleypas - enjoyable overall. The enemies to lover romance is entertaining particularly if you like snarky, bickering protagonists as I do. The secondary characters are wonderful and the hints at the romance to come in the next book make me sad that we have to wait until May.

Also finished Run from Fear (Dead Wrong, #3) by Jami Alden which was disappointing. The plot is overly complex and the romance fell flat mainly because the heroine runs hot and cold. There are also too many references to characters from an earlier series.
