Another one is Couples: The Truth which is a study of several real-life couples looking at the ins and outs of their relationships.

The Last Five Years is a musical that starts with her current perspective and that of his five years ago, and ends with his current perspective and hers of five years ago, with them "meeting in the middle." Don't need the soundtrack, but could follow along with songs on Spotify or YouTube (IMO, original cast is better than recent-ish Anna Kendrick/Jeremy Jordan movie). Fiction, but I think ones of the reasons I like it so much is that it seems realistic to me.
