Regina, can you give us a general description of the type of books you're looking for?

Regina Osiecki | 296 comments I like that it gave you a intimate look into peoples romantic interactions based off something taken out of real life because it was actually a compilation of peoples love letters. So maybe something more of that nature?

Main example: Other People's Love Letters: 150 Letters You Were Never Meant to See by Bill Shapiro

I added a general description to the topic header/title as many of us are not familiar with your example. Feel free to update it by clicking the small "edit" link after the header. This only works on the full Desktop website - not the Mobile website or app.

Rachel | 1527 comments You might like Uncoupling: Turning Points in Intimate Relationships It's a book of interviews with people whose relationships ended and looks into why they broke up. I found it really fascinating.

Another one is Couples: The Truth which is a study of several real-life couples looking at the ins and outs of their relationships.

Cimorene_et_Jo | 7 comments Letters of the Century: America 1900-1999 includes love letters, and is a really interesting book in general. Many letters are stand-alone, FYI.

The Last Five Years is a musical that starts with her current perspective and that of his five years ago, and ends with his current perspective and hers of five years ago, with them "meeting in the middle." Don't need the soundtrack, but could follow along with songs on Spotify or YouTube (IMO, original cast is better than recent-ish Anna Kendrick/Jeremy Jordan movie). Fiction, but I think ones of the reasons I like it so much is that it seems realistic to me.
