I must have read this book around 2008-2010...I couldn't even come up with a supposed title. Maybe the cover was sky blue...? I believe the author was a female. It was a newer book, not very long. I had checked it out at my public library. The basis of the story was that a young adult female died, I think she was 18, and the afterlife was living, such as working and even residing with your family who had also passed, but every year you would regress until infancy, and return to Earth reborn. There would be ceremonies when you would "age out" and return to Earth. I believe she had a romantic interest there too. It's been driving me crazy trying to recall this book...
