Today, on the last day of the year and the last day of the decade, was full of R's; rest, relaxation, reading, and The Rise of Skywalker. 😋
I'm almost done listening to Where'd You Go, Bernadette by Maria Semple and almost done reading Rich People Problems (Crazy Rich Asians, #3) by Kevin Kwan . Which will give me a grand total of 311 books read in 2019! My best year yet! Wowza! Now I ned to catch up on my reviews! lol
I will NOT be reading The Fallen Kingdom (The Falconer, #3) by Elizabeth May tonight. lol. But it will be one of my very first reads in the new year and new decade! Along with Clockwork Angel (The Infernal Devices, #1) by Cassandra Clare because I will finally be finishing the Shadowhunter Chronicles. For all of the published books, of course.

Happy New Year! Have a safe holiday! See you in 2020!

Karina | 1069 comments Finished my read a-thon with The Little Prince. I got 163 pages with 90 to go on Vacationland which I was enjoying immensely but I got sucked into a movie and a puzzle with my husband (no regrets) so Vacationland will be my first read book and read your shelves book of 2020!

Ok, by the end 0f 2019, I also finished Feuerblut and Silberregen in the German series. I read a bit more in House of Leaves but made peace with the fact that I won't finish it in time, and decided to savor it and take it slow. It is such a dense book!

Hope everyone had a great start to 2020!
