Let's visit some animals from all over the world! Remember, for this challenge, each book can only count for one prompt.

1. Oceania - Platypus: One of only two mammals in the world that lay eggs, which is most unusual. Read a book with an unusual combination of genres.

2. Africa - Zebra: A zebra is instantly recognised for it's black and white striped coat. Read a book with a black and white cover.

3. Europe - Arctic Fox: The arctic fox lives in extremely cold climates in the Northern Hemisphere. Read a book with a snow/cold theme (whether in the title, on the cover, or in the book).

4. Asia - Asian Elephant: Elephants are known for their large stature. Read a book with 500 pages or more.

5. North America - Bald Eagle: The bald eagle is a bird which is associated with the United States of America, a country in North America. Read a book by an American author Invisible Man

6. South America - Sloth: They are very slow animals. Read a book that has been on your to read list for over a year.

7. Antarctica - Emperor Penguin: The emperor penguin is the biggest and tallest of all penguins. Read a book involving a king or emperor.

8. Asia - Cicada: In Japan, the short-lived cicada and its empty husk symbolize life's transience. Read a book which includes the theme of transience or the death of one of the characters.

9. In the Ocean - Toothed Whale: A toothed whale has the largest brain known of any modern or extinct animal, including humans. Read a book about a "brainy" character.

10. Worldwide - Ants: Do you know the Aesop's Fable about "The Ant and the Grasshopper"? Read a book with either a hard-working character (like the ant) or one who prefers play and lacks foresight (the grasshopper).
