PLEASE help me find this ya type book about a young adult who lived a wild life until her cancer came back. in the very beginning of the book her and her friends were out to a party, on the way home her car broke down and a tow truck man came to help them and took them home. throughout the book she gets closer to him and they start a relationship all while she was keeping her new diagnosis a secret from everyone. eventually they all find out and they help her through it
