First off, I would like to say that this book is proof of my commitment to this book challenge! I looked and looked for a digital book from my library with a cookie on cover - I scoured the cozy mysteries! Too many pies and scones - no cookies. So I saw this book and thought - I like uplifting books for the most part. It turned out to be a bible thumping super-evangelical book - and I am non-religious. It was SOOOOO painful, but I listened to the whole thing.1. Badge 5 Book 26

✔️I love your commitment! At least it was a short book at 208 pages. I tried to get Chocoholics Bundle for this task, but when I discovered Chocolate Chip Cookie Murder was free with Amazon Prime, I opted for it.
I forget that Amazon Prime has free books! That would have been a way better option!
Katrisa - I think we all give into at least one book we don’t like for our challenges. Janice - I have been avoiding the Chocolate Chip Cookie Murder for the chocolate task, but when I saw the blond lady on the cover, it may have jumped back onto my list. It is a lesser evil than the three other books I have on my list so far.
They're quick and easy to read. They aren't literary fiction by any means, but they're great for challenges and topplers.
