(view spoiler)[ I agree that deen’s death was not traumatizing but it was painful because I felt like she barely had anyone left.. she was thinking she might never go home so her sister and yasmine in her mind have long went on with their lives but Deen had come with her and for her and then there was the whole he hadn’t loved anyone else but her so it felt like he was made up just to die and that was the sad part..

As for Kulsum I kind of suspected it when the scene of her being in Altair’s room happened.. either she wasn’t loyal to the prince as his lover, or she wasn’t loyal to him in general.. also why did the sultan order Altair’s murder.. that’s confusing. (hide spoiler)]
