Hey what if Dani's mom wasn't really her mom, they either found or stole her as a baby because they realized she was special, part of the reason she never really fit in there?Also I think when Mac had a birthday party for Dani that was really cute. All those woman Dani lived with and protected at the abbey who supposedly cared about her and they never ever even had a birthday for the child? Pathetic scrubs.

Also when he sees Dani and Christian outside of BB&B holding hands with Christian, he goes still and his expression doesn't change Even when she lets go of Christians hand.

I didn't read the first 40 pages KMM posted the other day, I figured it was the same we had already seen so I have completely skipped all of your posts with spoiler tags. What I understand from the bits and pieces I did read has been excited! I will be avoiding this group until I can start Burned... which will probably be a few more days. :( I really wanted to start it on release date, but oh well.

I don't think Ryodan ever hated Mac. She asked him why he hated her once and he said he had no feelings for her at all, but he's definitely going to be pissed now. Lor and Barrons both warned Mac that he better have control over her, and he clearly doesn't at all.I can picture Mac blaming Barrons for not grabbing Dani and getting to her fast enough, then blaming Dani saying she was reckless and Mac kept telling her she was just trying to talk. Also Mac still carries the spear, and one of the reviews read she's scared to touch it or use it. Lame. Apparently she hasn't been out killing Unseelie for awhile. Also remember when Lor wouldn't address Mac directly at first and Mac attributed it to being because she was a woman, and Lor addressed Barrons about her since he's the man she belongs too? I don't think he had problem like that with Dani. I think the nine assume Mac has too much control and influence over their boy.
