I love that series! and Carrots was a cute nickname ahahaI think Dani's allowed to know because 1. she's ryodan's and I don't think any of them are in a real hurry to piss him off
2. she's just a kid, they probably don't see her as a threat
3. When Mac finds out Barrons can't die they don't really pounce on her. Even when she finds out he's the beast they still tell her if Barrons breathes a word about them they'll kill her. Doesn't that already seem like a lot of shit to know!? lol
They figure they'll get around to it unless she does something to make it a priority.
I don't see what the big deal is with people knowing certain things about them. I mean they're monsters running around all over the place, new creatures, their world is destroyed, how many people are left to know about them anyone, other than human cattle in Chesters who don't care and special cases who can pretty much take care of themselves and have their own problems. Unless their ashamed about it, or it could lead to their downfall.
Right? Maybe they just like to keep their ace in the hole. Or maybe if a fae was as old as they are, they would know about exactly what the nine are and about the curse. They'd know they have to respawn and they don't want to run the risk of someone finding that spot.
Seems real unlikely either way though and they could just eliminate them anyway. I don't see how a little girl is much threat to them at all lol

Poor Dancer doesn't seem to have anyone but Dani. Dani has lots of people around her, but who does he have? What happened to his parents anyway or his he like an orphan and the only survivor of his family or anyone he knows, living on his own?

Dancer is not all that he seems, maybe he's not even human. He practically loves Dani though so either way it's gonna be hard. He has the best chance against Ryodan. but Dancer isn't intense enough for her, not yet anyway
Christian's life is fucking hell he deserves a HEA.. but it ain't gonna be my Dani!

Maybe Christian will team up with the new character, because he's jealous of grown up Dani who chooses Ryodan, so he embraces his darker side and teams up against them, plus he still hates Mac and Barrons.

I doubt it. I think one of the reasons KMM combined the Mac/Dani books was to get the books out quicker. Because KMM had some unfever related ideas for books she wanted to start.

Barrons did all the work and Ryodan reaps the benefits? Not fair. With Barrons we start at the beginning.. We have to discover: is he a sidhe-seer? Is he Fae? Is he the Unseelie King? We learn a lot. Ryodan starts at that point. We just learn more and more.. Ryodan didn't have to go from the beginning.. We already know he's a man/beast and can't die and he's one of Nine, leader of Chester's.. etc.. He's got built in mystery and intrigue. How hard is it to build on an already solid foundation? Not that hard.. Barrons still rocks. I'll always love him at least just as much :)
i have a feeling with all the Mac POV i'll be skipping through the book and finishing it within the hour of its release :( i want more Dani and Ryo!!!!
