That's the first thing I do when I wake up, hahaha. And then i check for the reviews again and again throughout the day. I need a therapist.

Cookie Thank You!! And honestly I didn't think we were going to get a Barrons perspective? The others yes, but I thought KMM said his wasn't going to be in this book. Unless the person who wrote the review meant his POV from past memories when Mac gets in his head?And I didn't get anything from the review that hints to the snippet about the two wolves, who they were or whose POV it's from.
No KMM said there will be Barrons' perspective.

GOSH I'm even more excited!!! I wonder if it's just a brief look inside or if it's a whole scene. If we get Mac's POV, or Lor's on something then it switches to Barrons.

Don't we also get the POV of one of the sidhe seers too? How do you guys think she is tied into the story? To give us a wider scope of what's happened since AWC maybe, or maybe she'll try challenging Kat's authority?

Oh my God, message me the review, Fresiako or Zee. Please Please Please... Regarding the wolves teaser. I just thought that I was more certain it had to be Ryodan and Dani, but like some of you I am a bit mad, and the info about Burned that Inanda sent me doesn't really reveal much.

I crush on Jericho Barrons violently.
My brain almost shuts down every time I see him and that's a lot of gray matter to stupefy.
Used to be, if I couldn't fall asleep I'd fantasize all kinds of ways I'd impress Barrons by killing monsters or saying something really smart or saving the world, and he'd see me as a grown up woman and I'd glow just from the look on his face.
But then Ryodan began popping into my fantasies like he had some kind of business being there, and he'd look all, well...like...Ryodan and he'd laugh and do that husky groan thing he did on level four, so I terminated that happy little exercise in somnolence.
Now I count sheep.
Lately even those buggers look like Ryodan with clear, cold eyes and some weird kind of hypnotic hold on me.
Fecker.
I'm beginning to think I'm going to have to figure out a way to kill him, permanent-like just to get him out of my head.
LOL that one does give me hope and thoughts of Ryodan sheep!

Peeps please relax!!! This book is still going to blow your minds. I did not read it yet but a very very good friend of mine did! She works for a publishing company and she says this is a emotional roller coaster for Dani fans! Remember KMM was under immense pressure after finishing Iced due to a lot of fans going Ew? This led to a change of plans on KMM side. We Are still going to get the Dani story but differently just to lessen the Ewww factor! Keep the faith till you read the book for your self!! You are the only person that can decide if this is fine for you? we know that we all have different takes on stuff and emotions. Reviews are fine but they are just a review from a other persons perspective not yours!

Yes Winnie please don't lose the faith now,we have been waiting for Burned for nearly 3 years. The wait for Feverborne is going to be the hardest I think, but if KMM is keeping her promise we will have that in Ocktober!

WOW, just read the review and I think it is not that crazy. It expressed what everyone had been suspecting and she seemed like a genuine fan of all the characters not just Dani or Mac. And tried to remain positively upbeat for the next installment. It is what it is, i want honest reviews so no complaints from me.

If she sticks to that date. She is shaky to me on her release dates. I won't believe until she announces that the book is finished like she did for Burned.

It'll happen if not directly and immediate in this book then the next. I mean look how long it took for Mac and Barrons to get together? Yea there were some heated moments but for her to willingly join Barrons in bed it took awhile, I was one of those readers wanting to slap Mac upside the head. Dani's story and beginning just started. Also I loved the review, and it's true a lot of people's perspectives are different, the might of missed things during that first read or just didn't read certain conversations and scenes others would.

Kristen, you are right but Mac and Barrons were damn near around each other in every book so we got to feel that tension. Feel things and wanted to know when the hell it was going to happen. I want to feel tension! LOL.
You are 100% correct on people's perspective. I'm still going to read it with that miniscule bit of hope that I have. LMAO! Then re-read it for clues and to create more theories until the next book so I can come up here and yap all of your heads off like I have been doing. Plus I have to listen to the audio where you find you get even more. Don't you worry. I'll be there every step of the way. Maybe I will be happy. maybe I won't but I'll be there.

We are talking about Ryodan, so if Jo turns out to be a useful move on his chessboard, I don't think he's going to let her go just yet. Ryodan sees things 10 steps ahead so maybe him keeping her around is deeper than just to keep dani in line.
Haha Winnie. You are a mess. Cookie, I don't know if he will break up with her. He might not be boinking that tail every night because he is searching. I agree though that he is not using her for just the sex. He gets that regardless. Just a simple head nod and off to the race my man goes. She is around for other gains.
Samantha, I think 5 years of Dani in Faery is only the equivalent of a few months in the real world. But I do hope that that would be enough for Ryodan to crack.Kristen you're right. People usually read what they want to see. Maybe the reviewer read Burned at an angle different from how we'd read it. I'll keep hoping.
